Mexico City, Mexico, Jul 27, 2010 / 05:52 pm (CNA).- A Mexican archbishop issued a memo this week clarifying to priests and the faithful where the sacraments can be celebrated – other than Church buildings – and still protect “the dignity of the Sacred Liturgy.”

This is good news. I guess clarification was needed and so Archbishop Constancio Miranda chose to offer that clarification. May the faithful faithfully abide by his direction.
