Let’s see what you actually did say, that I wrongly judged as “sarcastic.”
To my observation that this is sarcasm – and then my further comments, you wrote:

The only way I can reconcile these is to take you at your word. If you were not being sarcastic, but just agreeing with what someone said, then I don’t know who said it but I think it’s troubling. I think you are the only one on this thread who has claimed, or even implied, that there is something funny or entertaining about Christ’s death.
You have not hurt my feelings, but I do find it a challenge to take seriously provocative statements claiming that Christ’s passion is a joke. I suppose I had you all wrong, thinking that you were simply putting us down rather than laughing at our Savior’s wounds. This is new territory for me; I apologize for calling you sarcastic.
