It doesn’t seem like we are getting the full picture on this case. This is a bit of a head scratcher! " He is being charged with “Indecency between two males” What is that exactly? He is obviously a gay man succumbing to his temptations. The Victims are 17 & 21. Both of legal age. It doesn’t sound like the Priest tried to rape them but was propositioning them. If a regular gay man (non-clergy) were to do this would it cause the same stir?

It doesn’t just say “indecency between two males.” It also says " two counts of attempt to commit second-degree criminal sexual conduct."
There wouldn’t be “months of investigation” for just propositioning men of legal age.

Yes what does this entail I wonder Criminal sexual conduct. To be clear I am not excusing what this priest did. It is shameful and beyond acceptable in civilized society. My question I believe is still valid would this be acted on differently if it was a normal person say a harvey weinstien or a Kevin Spacey. How about the crazy wiener guy!
