After the last debacle, and given that I just watched an uplifting new movie about Fr Peyton and have another rosary to say today yet, I am sitting this one out. I’m sure any juicy bits will be on Youtube tomorrow.
 
Absolutely. He has had a great answer for everything, and he has already destroyed Harris’s argument against the administration, easily refuting her idiotic leftist talking points.

I’ve never thought of these debates as having winners or losers. Since perceptions on what is said are seen through different lenses they don’t necessarily agree on what they are seeing.

I’ve got another chat window open in which some of the people watching are interpreting Kamala’s facial expressions and gestures as meaning something else.

I don’t think either is at play. But different things resonate with different people.

Were there a music contest, and one person performed jazz and another performed country, responses to the question of who performed better may be indicative of the preferences of the person responding more than the actual performances.

I think something similar is at play. We see two people putting on performances and people evaluating those performers by their own positions.

No, I’m evaluating it by facts and logic. Democrats don’t know how to do that. They just want to rile you up, and spread fear into you. Trump is for America, not them, they hate America.

Sadly, I think the nation is at a point in at which it is divided and the positions are not working with the same set of facts. 😞
 
Seriously Mike Pencecis so well informed and KH is so focused on gotcha talking points,she comes off as shallow and petty…

Probably not very. There’s an HVAC system moving the air around I would imagine.

I am watching it and would disagree with that. They are both speaking with a little intelligence and actually talking policy. I dont think there is anyone dominating this debate at the moment.

Those screens act as a splatter screen, a good exercise would be putting a UV light over them in an hour or so. They wont be effective at stopping covid. I would imagine all people there were tested before the debate and have tested negative.

Its pretty uncharitable to pick on an accent or voice y’all
