Maybe they will change their hearts?
Ever since 1803 in Marbury v. Madison, the US Supreme Court and other Federal courts have exercised the power of judicial review, including the power to decide if something violates the US Constitution. Since they haven’t said that any of these things you mention violate the Constitution, then that’s what counts when it comes to determining their constitutionality. That’s funny that you include public schools, national parks, and the federal highway system in the same sentence as the Constitution, since it is unconstitutional for the federal government to get involved in public education, national parks and highways (other than the designation of post roads). I complain about those things a lot and I don’t hate America.
If that’s what counts to you, that’s fine. The Constitution was written for we the people, not the Supreme Court, so I don’t care what they say. God blessed me with a mind to think. In my mind, those things are unconstitutional. I suppose I could be swayed to think differently if you could point me to the place in the Constitution where congress is authorized to collect taxes to fund them.then that’s what counts when it comes to determining their constitutionality.
Apparently Bill Clinton and JFK are not off limits either. She is not.
portraying themselves as a lothario for years.
You don’t care at all what they say? You must care a little since they have obviously said that many things are constitutional that you think aren’t constitutional. And since most people seem to think that its their opinion that counts, that’s why we have national parks and income taxes and same-sex marriages, etc.If that’s what counts to you, that’s fine. The Constitution was written for we the people, not the Supreme Court, so I don’t care what they say.
Their opinions don’t effect mine. That’s what I mean when I say I don’t care. You don’t care at all what they say?
Because it’s fun.Why is anyone still talking about Hillary?
I certainly hope so. I didn’t vote for him. He’s actually done a lot more good things than bad things but I’ll still complain about the bad things I believe he has done. And I love my country. So does that mean I can complain about Trump without hating America?
Isn’t it patriotic to hold our leaders accountable? So does that mean I can complain about Trump without hating America?
Why are posters bringing up Bill Clinton and JFK?Why is anyone still talking about Hillary?
Holding accountable means using logical arguments and coting sources. Not just spouting hate filled opinions and spreading rumors.hold our leaders accountable?
I think the Saints got robbed out of the Superbowl. Why is anyone still talking about Hillary?
It wasn’t racist. He was half white and I didn’t like that half any better.Except when Obama was president…that was racist
“They were never going to let me be president.”She keeps putting herself out there that’s why. She doesn’t know how to go away. “I lost because of the Russians…I lost because of the Russians…”
