I agree that we should pity sinners and cast our sins before our eyes at all times. I think the difference in our vocal attitude comes when the sinners are not the least repentent and present themselves as the one slighted instead of the perpatrator. I think most people take pity on repentant people who show true sorrow for the pain they have caused others and try to make ammends. However, some people draw disdain unto themselves by flaunting their sins and blaming others. Like the guy who breaks into a house and sues the homeowner for cutting himself on the homeowners window he was breaking into.
