If Kennedy had not led the opposition to Judge Bork Roe V Wade would have been overturned in 1992. I think of all the Kennedy’s he was the most disappointing and the Kennedy that did the most harm to our country.

But if you were a resident of Massachusetts and needed help, all you had to do is call Kennedy’s office and they responded.

When my father became sick, back in 1964, my mother wrote to his office and he had my brother who was serving in Okinawa, on a plane and back home in 48 hours. He then helped him with a hardship discharge.

It’s not so much Romney’s lack of experience, but his lack of knowledge on the Middle East and agreements between the US and Russia concerning US Missiles in Eastern Europe.

I think this will be an interesting focus for the next few days. Where was the President during the security briefings? We know Intelligence knew and warned about this.

This might be Obama’s undoing.

And now he’s refusing requests to meet with the head of at least one of our allies, Israel. Netanyahu explicitly asked for a meeting and Obama said NO IN PUBLIC. Did you see that?

I disagreed with many things Kennedy did, especially the immigration reform act, which flooded the country with immigrants from the former Soviet Union, who were over retirement age, who were automatically given SSI benefits.

Jim. We have a congressman here who is just as attentive to us, but he’s never had a middle-of-the-night-pond adventure and we don’t bow down and grovel when he walks past. He’s a good guy. Yet, we don’t worship the ground he walks on.

Massachusetts is just pathological when it comes to the Kennedy name. Face it. They’re movie stars out there. But not here. And not in most of the country.

Israel is just about ready to act on Iran and Obama refused Netanyahu’s request for a meeting just this last week. Even Egypt is asking us, this week, to talk about where the red line on Iran’s activities is, and we are putting them off because Obama does’nt want to deal with it during an election campaign.

Probably it’s dawned on them that they’d better pay attention to the middle east a little bit since Americans are getting killed there and they’re probably going to get called on it.

Like it or not, Jim, Obama’s refusal to meet with Netanyahu has been reported on far and wide. It was big news for days before this latest attack in Libya.

BTW, the MSM was kind of slow to pick up on the murder in Libya too. I knew about it late last night but it hasn’t hit the airwaves big til today. There’s some partisan nonsense going on.
