Coimbatore: February 7, 2016. (Mercy Cinjraj) News from Ciniraj Ministries: A Roman Catholic Priest of 49 years of age, named Father Jose Kannumkuzhy of Ramanathapuram Syro Malabar Diocese and three members of Diocesan Pastoral Council were hospitalized after a mob attacked them in Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu in India on Thursday, the 28th of January, 2016.
Officials of Ramanathapuram Catholic Diocese met S.P. Velumani, state minister for Rural Development who was in Coimbatore, to demand action against the attackers.
