I hadn’t heard of anything this bad yet but I wouldn’t be surprised.
 
In the 1920s and 30s, E. Yaroslavski’s “League of Militant Atheists” held mock services throughout Russia. Always to coincide with a Christian celebration. Right outside churches. Alcohol, drugs and prostitutes were provided to encourage a large turn-out.
 
I have detected a disturbing trend. The activists are now trying to pain Pope Benedict XVI as a criminal…evil knows no boundaries.

And MOST Catholics sit on their couch as the homosexual agenda roles through society and the churches.
 
I think most people see these acts as coming from the radical fringe of the homosexual community. They minimize it and think most open homosexuals are just like most heterosexuals, quiet and reasonable.

Maybe they are. Why do they not protest the actions of the radical fringe? These are unreasonable actions that scandalize the faith. Those that are reasonable should protest. Otherwise they sanction the unreasonable.

Thinking about it a bit further, they probably do not protest the unreasonable because they are afraid to offend the “reasonable”. But then why would the reasonable be offended? To me, it is more about fear, being labeled, and having to modify own personal behavior.

Also, when was the last time one of these quiet and reasonable homosexuals stood up against a gay parade, rainbow sash, homosexual “marriage”, GLBT conferences etc?

My friend has a theory that all of our cultural problems stem from contraception. I used to think this was silly. Now I do not at all. When you see compromising and unwillingness to stand for truth, there is often unrepentant sexual sins holding back. It is not my intention to cast judgement on these individuals. I want deeply for them to be healed so they are not paralyzed.

Yep, that is what I hear, I have never seen the show. My point is that people will not even stay away from shows like that, it is going to be much more difficult to get them to actually speak out against such evil agendas. It is truly troubling that so many so-called Christians will not even use the caloric expense of pressing a remote control button to advance the culture–I can think of nothing easier and yet shows like Will and Grace remain very highly viewed.

God always has a remnant.

I agree 100% it all stems from the contraceptive mentality. Very few can, or will, see the direct link.

My point was that many have become conditioned to think homosexual conduct, and inclination, are just variations on a theme. They believe it is just like being heterosexual. That being said it is then easy to think just a few oddballs act like these people in the cathederal, not realizing that acting on homosexual behavior is an such an abberration that it may manifest itself in other deviant ways.

Just a quick peek at the Church can show what happens when we violate liturgical laws and entertain false theologies it becomes easier to violate the moral law. It all fits together in that deviant behavior begets other deviant behavior.

The show is on practically any time I turn on the TV.

You may be on to something. Save your soul and your body. Turn the channel. (Although much more exercise can be obtained by carrying the TV to the curb).

Well the MSM certainly hasn’t helped the Holy Father’s reputation any. They constantly portray him as a hard man, unrelenting, and negative (as if he should be easy on evil), without feeling. But if you listen to anyone who’s actually met the man, he’s described as warm, inviting, etc. It’s so frustrating! :banghead:
