I don’t see why not. Even if the ACLU supports abortion rights, they support plenty of other things which you agree with, as you indicate. You are not pledging to support everything they support if you become a member. Similarly, if you are a registered member of the Democratic Party, that doesn’t mean you support everything in their platform. No one is forcing you to vote for a particular Democratic candidate if you disagree with their social or political beliefs.

I support addressing the reasons women have abortions.

However abortion should be illegal.
 
What alliance has the light with the darkness?

If the most pro-slavery politician before the American Civil War also promoted women’s rights, or donated massively to charities which did much good for the poor, it would still be immoral to support him.
