The Reformation was a great start on fixing the church, but fell way short in regard to our structures. It succeeded marvelously in getting back to sound doctrine: sola Scriptura (placing the Bible above the Church), sola gratia (salvation by grace) and sola fide (through faith, not works). But it never got us back to the New Testament church pattern that we see in Paul’s letters (like I Corinthians 14:26). It simply exchanged the priest for a minister and put a sermon in place of the eucharist (communion). To Luther’s disgust, not many people got saved, either.

I was very appalled to see such anti-Catholic, anti-Orthodox garbage on this once great site. Rutz’s theology is as sound as that of Jack Chick and as fair as the L.A. Times.

I can no longer in good conscience support your site or your advertisers.

Joseph Farah ought to be ashamed of himself for allowing such a column to appear on his site and owes an apology to all of his Catholic and Eastern Orthodox readers.

I too have sent them an e-mail. I asked them to require their writers to do research before writing something, and if they have not, to refrain from publishing it.

I read it, but I didn’t find it distinctly anti-Catholic. It is also anti-Luther…anti-organized Church. The author may be a small fry short of a happy meal, but he didn’t say anything more anti-Catholic than any Protestant would.
 
WorldNetDaily is a rag. It pretends to be politcal news but is nothing more than a tabloid

I agree with you:thumbsup: it seemed to me he pretty much was including all organized religion. At a time when people should be seeking God and Godly people the most ,as this world is getting worst everyday.It seems to me that he is trying to put even more distance between God and his children. Shame…😦 Shame:(
