Yes. And we talk about things like that in Church quite a lot. For stuff like that, one typically asks God for forgiveness in prayer, and possibly tries to apologize and/or make restitution if they have offended someone. For things like felonies, adultery, and so on, we would also confess to the bishop.You know, even though this is off topic, it’s and interesting discussion. I have often wondered what Mormons think of sin and redemption. Catholics KNOW they are sinners, and feel very guilty about sin and are always looking for forgiveness.
As I see it, Mormons live such “righteous” lives, (No Bad Habits!) that I wonder if they ever think that they sin.
Sin is more than bad habits though. Envy, greed, self-righteousness, pride and other things are sins.
Do Mormons feel remorse for sins such as those? How do they ask for and recieve forgiveness?
