Mr. Gonzales, here is a postscript to my post #76, just something I meant to add and forgot!

Muslims take bits and pieces out of our Bible, mold them to fit Mohammed, use them against us and then say our Bible is corrupted!

Indeed, and we worship Allah by loving Him.

All of creation is submitted to Allah!

Tell me what makes humans different from jinn?

They are created of fire, we of clay.
But we have the “ruh” of Allah inside us.

What does it mean to have the “ruh” inside you?
In all of creation, not a single other creature has the “ruh”, not the malaika nor the jinn.

Surely if this “ruh” is unique to us, it gives us some special quality.
This is the very essence of Allah, is it not?

Perhaps if we look at the story that the malaika were made to prostrate before Adam, we might get insight into our true nature.

We are children of God in a very real sense, we are created to love God, and God to love us.

Allah commands prophet muhammad in the Quran, “say: if you love Allah, then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive your sins for you. and Allah is Forgiving, Compassionate.” (3:31). if you truly loved Allah, you would be muslim and follow prophet muhammad.

nice twist to the term roohullah. islamic believe is that the souls within us are Allah’s souls - not meaning that it is His own spirit, but meaning that it is a spirit created by Him and a soul that belongs to Him. the rooh is something created by Allah and Allah is not a created being. no part of Him is created. thus, it is not said that Allah has a rooh.

funny you mention that, because in a few places within the Quran, Allah refers to angel jibreel as ar-rooh al-qudus.

Yusuf Ali translation of the Holy Kitab
15:29
“When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of** My spirit**, fall ye down in obeisance unto him.”

You will find that I have very logical reasons for converting to Christianity. I am grateful for having found the Truth, I only wish to give dawah to my brothers who still search.

Whatever explanation you might have, mine is the only true one, as you can see from the Qur’an.

Actually brother, Allah does not refer to the jibreel as “ar rooh al-qudus”, it is muslims who have to interpret the verse in this manner to iron out the inconsistency of the revelation of Allah being consistently revealed by the angel, and the refutation of “The Holy Spirit” from Christianity.
