I need help. I can’t post on this forum though! Please PM me if you want to help. God Bless.:knight2:
Wonderful post! I can totally relate to everything you posted. I realized about 10 years ago that the difficulties that would arise in my relationship with my mother in law were attributed mostly because I choose to lend a spark to the difficulty at hand. I had to change the way I thought and the way I loved. I started to realize that I am not really a follower of Christ if I can’t love the way that He does. Don’t get me wrong, It wasn’t easy to change. It has been difficult as she is difficult. But the funny thing is that I’m sure she would say the same of me!Thank God for the blessing of a difficult mother-in-law! It gives you the oppotunity to exercise the graces God has given for you. It gives you the opportunity to forgive as Jesus commanded, it gives you the opportunity to grow in patience, understanding and love. Many graces can flow from this if you bend your will to God’s will. How you respond to those you find difficult can help you attain heaven! Thank and praise the Lord for putting her in your life, for giving you this cross to bear so that you can pick it up and carry it along side Him as you journey toward eternal glory!
