Yeah, that was pretty offensive. It was painful looking at the workers’ faces, they so looked humiliated and the one Paula sat on looked like he was having a difficult time. You know what I dont get?? Is that the ‘homosexual community’ tries so hard to gain, equal rights, treatment, respect etc…and then a movie comes out like Bruno, thats like a glaring mockery of a flamoyant gay dude…and their not offended by it…idk…it just seems to me like Bruno is portraying homosexuals as ((i dont even know what word im allowed to put here, but if you seen the movie you know what i mean)) when the community is trying to say ‘hey, were just people, like everybody else’…
like…there was this one part…where theyre joking that mexicans they’ll do anything for work…and he goes down and tells some mexican dudes he needs help with furniture…so…thinking he means ‘moving’ furniture they say yes…they get there and he asks them to POSE as furniture…and they do it…and they’re sitting on the mexican dudes…eating lunch off of em’…and they’re pretending they’re tables and chairs and the whole thing is just so DEGRADING it disgusted me…seriously … made me sick in my stomach…i cant watch c**p like that…
and im not even one of those people with no sense of humor, you know what i mean?? but like…idk maybe im bias because my kids half mexican and i know that culture and how some people are so ignorant to the beauty of it…but…im not bias to homosexuals and i think they should be equally of as offended :twocents:
