My focus? No. But my focus doesn’t matter. It’s the focus of the president and the special counsel that matter.
Of course it is your focus - you are watching when President will fire Mueller, rather on what Mueller does. You said it yourself - you said it was the real question. And I agree, it does not matter much anyway.

Well, as for firing Mueller, since you said it is the real question, it is possible he will be fired if the investigation veer from its original objective in looking for collusion and the Democrats in the team instead going on witch hunt.

We will see what will actually happen. But the White House hope the investigation will be done fairly nevertheless.

True.
But that doesn’t preclude people for being indicted on other charges.
I am not a law student but I have read that it does. I am not too sure but the investigator’s task was quite specific. He is not supposed to be on a witch hunt.

Of course a crime is a crime but there are other lawful avenues where it should be done lawfully.

I said whether Mueller will be fired is A QUESTION, not THE question. Please quote me properly if you do so at all. This is a question because of the number of people who’ve been fired or have resigned so far surrounding the president. Anyone who isn’t asking this question isn’t paying attention.

The investigation is on whether there was collusion.

There were lots of meetings but when they had nothing to do with collusion, they might not want to talk about them.
I sometimes seriously wonder where some people have been for the past mos. The investigation has expanded and this was permitted in the Justice Department’s May 17 order to Mueller:

The Justice Department’s May 17 order to Mueller instructs him to investigate “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign” as well as “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation,” suggesting a relatively broad mandate.

So, after a year of investigating the campaign and finding no collusion, they’re now looking to see if Trump ever in his entire 71 years of life had a crooked financial dealing with Russia?

Alright. Maybe after this the investigation will finally end.

Has it been established there is no collusion? I am giving Mueller time to do his job. It’s best not to react to every rumor.

I am not one who like to argue, that’s why I usually do not sustian many posts on a thread, but this is just semantic as far as I understand it.

The question is not when the President fires the Special Investigator but how the latter does this invetigation, specifically the grand juries, and its outcome.

You however think that is not the question but rather when Mueller will be fired.

You have justified and supported your asertion in your post above by saying the President had fired or caused people to resigned.

How do you start a thread and then not being objective to the its title?

You seem to be confused by indefinite (a) and definite articles (the). The former means something (like a question) can be one of many. The latter means it is the sole question. If you can’t or don’t want to understand this difference and why it’s significant, there’s not much more to say. Ditto that if you can’t see a pattern regarding firings and resignations and ask questions as a consequence of it.

It’s called draining the swamp.

Otherwise, I guess my tin foil hat isn’t getting those OBEY signals…

Post on line, the political contributions to the political parties for each of these grand jury investigators.

I suspect we’re years away from it ending.

The mandate is wide enough to cover drinking under age when Trump was a minor. Also whether his father committed a crime before Trump was born. Also, whether some guy who sold plumbing supplies to a subcontractor working on Trump Tower, but never had anything to do with Trump personally, lied on his loan application at a bank 20 years before. It’s a mandate to “go find a crime” and charge somebody with it, or more than one if you prefer".

Actually, the Special Council’s scope of authority as defined by the order appointing him is pretty broad. It instructs him to investigate Russian interference in the campaign, and collusion or coordination between members of the Campaign, and here’s the kicker… “any other that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.”

Well, if they need to indict someone or convict someone, who was involved with Russian interference in the campaign, they could probably focus on Hillary and Huma. Probably lots of useful information.

Of course, the investigators are all people who donated to Hillary’s campaign.

When it comes to crazy conspiracy theories, the one about the Russians getting Trump elected president takes the cake.
