Now that is just getting silly!
HiyasSorry, Mosacked, the anti-christ was already there very soon after Jesus disappeared. He came in the name of Jesus. He was a wolf in the sheep clothing. He derailed the whole teachings of Jesus from the right track. That anti-christ was already there before Muhammad came on the scene. But the anti-christ was not so powerful at that time.
Please think over. Muhammad never came in the name of Jesus. He came in the name of God (Allah). Muhammad never presented himself as a sheep (christian). So you should look for some one who came in the name of Jesus and he presented himself as a sheep i.e. christian.
Muhammad told that the anti-christ (Dajjal) will gather momentum. He (Meaning they) will spread all over the world with their items of trade and their bibles and they will mislead the whole world⌠They will spread anti-Jesus teachings in the world.
I hope you will recognise the anti-christ now.
Isnât Dajjal supposed to come at the end of the world, during the Qimayah? and now you said that heâs come already?Sorry, Mosacked, the anti-christ was already there very soon after Jesus disappeared. Yes, Vile Servant. Thanks for reminding me about that matter. You are right. But there is mention in the Hadith about it that dajjal was locked up some where in an island, in the time of our prophet. If you try to check the Hadith about Dajjal, there is much news in the Islamic books.Isnât Dajjal supposed to come at the end of the world, during the Qimayah? and now you said that heâs come already?
Islam is one very confused religion!

there is a vast difference between Allahâs Word and Allahâs She-Camel (or house, for that matter). The Word of Allah is the Divine power of Allah, for Allah says âBe!â, and it is. Allah created all things by His Word and gave mankind divine teaching by His Word. A She-Camel is, well, pretty much a She-Camel.the Prophet said:
(If anyone testifies that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah Alone Who has no partners, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, and that `Isa is Allahâs servant and Messenger and **His Word **which He bestowed on Maryam and a spirit created by Him, and that Paradise is true and Hell is true, then Allah will admit him into Paradise with the deeds which he performed.)
Imam Ibn Kathir saysâŚ
âSaying that something is from Allah, such as the spirit of Allah, the she-camel of Allah or the House of Allah, is meant to honor such items.â
A religion founded by Satan has nothing better to do than confuse. Isnât that apparent?Isnât Dajjal supposed to come at the end of the world, during the Qimayah? and now you said that heâs come already?

A religion founded by Satan has nothing better to do than confuse. Isnât that apparent?Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him. ⌠Al-Qurâan, Surah Al-Ikhlas
Surah Al-Ikhlas is the touchstone for recognizing the Creator and Sustainer.
If anyone can satisfy all of the above conditions, then Muslims would have no objection in accepting that someone as being Allah Almighty.
allah schmallah. he/she is not God almighty. The FatherâŚSonâŚand Holy Spirit make the One True God Almighty. The rest are from Satan.Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him. ⌠Al-Qurâan, Surah Al-Ikhlas

With all due respect, before this Surah was recorded we had from Blessed John these challenging words:Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him. ⌠Al-Qurâan, Surah Al-Ikhlas

Thanks Chrisb⌠Please note:With all due respect, before this Surah was recorded we had from Blessed John these challenging words:
Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. (1Jn 2:23)
We, as Christians, know the Father through His Son whom He gave all thingsâŚ
No harm. The Father will surely love the son. We believe that God gave things to Jesus. You cannot know the Father (God) without the son (Jesus). That is also true. WE do not disagree with that.The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. (Joh 3:35)
Okay. Admitted.This authority will be exercised on that Dreaded Day of Judgment when we all will stand before Him (the Son)âŚ
(Joh 5:22-23)For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
I understand that you, representing your faith in Islam, must hold to your own beliefs in this but you must recognize that such statements are not compatible with our Revelations. As Christians, those who place their faith in Christ and preservere to the end in that faith, will stand before the Judgment Seat as you will. Truly, we will all answer for our works, be they good or bad. Let us, at least, hope that He Who Is is most Merciful and Compassionate. Amen.
Yes, okay. Thanks. Let us not fight or blame each other. We will all have to stand for judgement on the last day. The righteous will be rewarded. The culprits (sinners) will be punished. I agree to you for that. So let us all hope for the best. Is it okay with you?Peace Salaam.
WellâŚif you accept the doctrine of the Trinity there is no problem.Hamba is right. Hamba is presenting the Quran. We do not know how to convince the catholics. Catholics have got wrong notions about many things. We Muslims do not deny the son i.e. Jesus. We do not deny the father, i.e. God. We do not deny the holy ghost. So what is the problem.
In all fairness, we Catholics, are not âtryingâ to build a relationship of Father and Son. No, that was established before the first words of the Quran was uttered during the Great Councils of the Church. When we speak of one âdenying the Sonâ we are speaking of one denying the divinity of the Son and the Essential Unity between the Father and the Son. I assume that you, as a Muslim, deny, No?Thanks Chrisb⌠Please note:

The Sacred Text are not for âusâ to interpret but for the âChurchâ (i.e. the Body of Christ) to interpret within the Life of the Church. We must be participates in that Life. It is only then that such divine things are revealed. If it was merely by means of our exercise of reasoning then the dumb, would be left out⌠No, there are many who are very educated in St. Paulâs time who refused Jesus as the Christ. Why are we now going to assume that such spiritual understanding is simply the work of our minds? It is not.Yet they do not know in what sense is jesus the son of God. Is he a born of God? Is Jesus a breathed son of God? Is Jesus a begotten son of God?? If begotten then in what way begotten?? In the real (literal) sense of the word in which the word begotten is used in BibleNT in Mathew Chapter 1 verses 1,2,3âŚ?? Is this begotten some symbolic sense, say spiritually begotten?
Even in this you share in the Platonist Teachings of the One but you donât recognize the Logos or the World-Soul as divine. We, Catholics, do recognize these âeternalâ relationships within the Divine Godhead, if not first person through mystical encounter through the Dogmas past down to us by those spiritual forefathers who did encounter the Godhead themselves.That is the problem of the Catholics. We Muslism believe in The God and we believe in Jesus as the messenger of God. We believe in the holy spirit too. But we do not follow the old theory of Abb (Father). We have the Rabb (The Creator, maintainer, sustainer) of the Universe.
Blessed John doesnât simply say The Father loves The Son, here but says, that He gave The Son âall thingsâ⌠My guess is that, as a Muslim, you deny this.No harm. The Father will surely love the son. I have not reached low to draw forth a stone against you or Hamba. I havenât blamed you for anything and it is true that we both with stand before the Dreaded Judgment Seat and give account. I pray for us both that on that day we will be both be counted among those who receive mercy. Amen.Yes, okay. Thanks. Let us not fight or blame each other. Context is very crucial here. The point is why is he called âThe Wordâ?(Not by your understanding but by the Islamic perspective). Jesus was created by the word âBeâ according to 3:56 from Qurâaan and this is what Qatadah said. The scholars of Qurâaan have said that the best way to interpret Qurâaan is by the Qurâan itself. Anything that is not Allaah is something created by Him. The âSpiritâ of course was created by Allaah as the Prophet(peace be upon him) has already said and bestowed upon Jesus. Therefore, âRuhullaahâ was to honor Jesus. âSpiritâ is also Angel Gabriel who assisted all of the messengers on their mission. Jesus taught a high sense of spirtuality and not really having to do with this world, hence the reason why the priest donât marry. That is talked about here: youtube.com/watch?v=vMkSW6bLUE0Iâll get to a few of these remarks, but least we forget, Ibn Kathir was born in the 14th century, so that is about 600 years after the death of the prophet of Islam. He could hardly be considered an early authentic authority. You are using late sources, rather than letting Arabic speak for itself. But, supposing Muslim commentaries are correct, letâs review a few choice references.
Ibn Kathir quoted Qatadahâs(may Allaah be pleased with him) understanding of the verse. Who is Qatadah? Iâll leave that for you to find out.
Jesus is called âthe wordâ by Muslim [1.378] and **not ** merely created by the word, as is found in Ibn Kathir. Bukhari calls Jesus âAllahâs word AND a Spiritâ [6.60.3; 9.93.907]. Islamic commentaries are all over the place when it comes to these topics. Bottom line, on the subject in this thread, your sources are considerably confused.

Again, your understanding is way out of context. When âWord of Allaahâ is applied to Jesus the son of Maryam, it does not mean that He is Allaah or that he is eternal. You have also missed the whole point as to why She-Camel of Allaah (Naqatullaah) and House of Allaah(Baitullaah) was brought up. It belongs to Allaah, yes like all things are owned by Him, but specific things are highlighted to show their importance. So whatever the rule applies to then it is applied to all that fall under it, not because it fits your whim.there is a vast difference between Allahâs Word and Allahâs She-Camel (or house, for that matter). There is quite a bit here that I disagree with, but I only have time here to point out the obvious. First of all, there is no reason for Allah to have a camel [Q 7.73] unless he is riding it. That is why the she-camel has such importance. Allah canât get around Arabia without it.Again, your understanding is way out of context. As Hamba already stated, chapter 112 in Qurâaan is very important to understand.
Gerrardlerux, you are without a well known faith as youhave not declared your faith, You do not understand the imporatnce of the houses of worship and that they do have a direction too. If you do not know it about the Jews then youare an uninformed person. Those who pray, they need a direction too. The House of God motif in Islam is a direct copy-cat from the OT design that Jehovah dwelt in his Temple. In fact, Muhammad also thought that his god dwelt in Mecca in the form of a rock that Muslims still prostrate to 1500 years later.
If I get time, Iâll post a rebuttal to the notion that Gabriel is also the Spirit. Later, I hope to adress the gnostic sacrilege that these possession of God are merely symbolic [House, Son, People, etc.]. Iâll use both the Bible and the Quran as my sources.
