Scott, I am so sorry. May Our Lord wrap His loving arms around you, your daughter and your family and hold you safe. I will be praying for you all.

Praying for your daughter and your family…

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

Scott , Another thing I remembered. If she gets “thrush” in the mouth, a minor mouth infection because of low white cells, the Dr.s will give her “magic mouthwash”, but Italian Ice treats are cool, soothing and a source of fluids. I had thrush a couple of times along with tongue swelling that rubbed on my teeth causing sores. Something to watch for during chemo. Still praying, Tim

Aye, the doc already prescribed something for nasea, something for bacterial infection, something for fungal infection, and something for mouth infections. Four meds. But I’ll keep that Ice thing in mind. Thanks.

What a bummer. :crying:

I will pray for Tessa and your family in my daily prayer.

You must not give up hope and you must belief. Pray the Rosary everyday and ask for Mother Mary intercession. Write a special attention to your church so the priest can pray for her in daily masses.

Pray to Tessa’s guardian angel and ask her to pray for Tessa.

May God Bless your daughter! May Jesus hold her in the palm of His Hands. May God be with all of you. I hope that you take the opportunity to share your anger with God. I always tell people that God is big enough to take it and understands your frustration and that even an angry few minutes spent with him is cherished by Him.

Praying!

Hmm, guardian angel. Hadn’t thought of that one. Thanks. I have the other two covered + St Jude and St Peregrine.

Please know your request for prayers have been added to my list of “Special Intentions” and the “Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary” recited daily!
God Bless You All!
Rich

I really think the Spirit moved her to say that about Tessa’s G.A… Something to really consider. I think you all are in good hands. Continued prayers, Tim

Keeping you and your precious daughter in my prayers.

I hope and pray that things have eased up a bit.

God bless you and keep you as you go through this.

My spirit is lower than a snail’s belly right now. Last month Tessa spent 2 weeks in the hospital, and celebrated (if you call it that) her 11th birthday in the hospital, for surgery to remove a huge cancerous tumor. She lost her left ovary to the cancer.

The protein count for the following month or so was great – it was decreasing rapidly. We thought that she was cured. We were all smiles and “praise God hallelujah.”

Today the doc called us with the most recent blood-test result. The protein count has spiked back up nearly as high as it was at the time of the surgery.

Tomorrow she’ll have a CT scan to find out what’s going on.

I am not a happy person right now. This is not supposed to be happening.

I’ve emailed or called everyone I can think of to ask for prayers for immediate healing. Something is very much not right. Additional prayers would be appreciated.
I will pray for your daughter and you. I pray that our Lord will show his mercy in this great tribulation.
