My brother Butch is in the ICU dying of liver failure. I accept that. I only ask that prayers that the Lord have mercy on his soul and pray for spiritual healing. He has received the last rites.

May the Lord have mercy on Butch and your entire family during this time. I will pray for Butch.
 
I am praying for you and your brother. May you both feel the Grace of God’s Love when you both need it most.
 
Merciful Creator God, You conceived of Butch from all eternity out of Your immense love for him. As he approaches Your Divine call, look upon him with love that penetrates the universe, cleansing his spirit of all traces of sin. Blessed Lord, Butch’s anointing has prepared him and purified him to be presented before You. Graciously breathe Your Spirit of Peace upon him and his loved ones, that they weep not in sorrow, but in joy at Your limitless mercy and love. May any and all suffering remaining for him remove any remnant of hardness from his heart, that he may celebrate in Heaven throughout eternity, bathed in Your Divine light. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.
 
I will offer my Rosary today for your brother Butch, that he may have a peaceful death and that the Lord and Blessed Mother be with you and your family. I am so sorry you have to go through this,
