***† JMJTJ †

He will be in my prayers.*

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

***God bless you † ***

Prayer for Religious Vocations Father, you call all who believe in you to grow perfect in love by following in the footseps of Christ your Son. May those whom you have chosen to serve you as religious provide by their way of life a convincing sign of your kingdom for the Church and the whole world. God Bless and Keep You!

Brother Alphonsus, I lifted you up in prayer before Christ in the Blessed Sacrament this evening. May His peace be always with you.

A prayer of thanks to the Lord for all the wonderful things He brings us, is being offered on your behalf. I believe that we need to say thank you often!

Dear Lord, thank you for the opportunity of today! Thank you for trusting me with the responsibility of abiding by Your Will as that is what will be done. Thank you for Brother Alphonsus’ committment to our world on your behalf. May he always cherish the gifts and blessings you give him and use them to proclaim and spread glory and honor to You.

Still praying.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Amen.

I would just like to take this opportunity to wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR, and to thank all of you who have been, and continue to pray for me whether you have posted or not.

Things went very well at the Mass, and when I was prostrated on the floor during the Litany of Saints, I just felt a sense of peace, nothing profound that indicated I am on the right track!

Here are some links to pictures from the vows I have posted on CCF.

I hope you enjoy them! Let me know if the links go bad and I can tiny url them when I get time.

God Bless, Br. Alphonsus.

They are wonderful pictures. I am so happy for you, and you look very happy too. Thank you so much for answering the call. May you be truly blessed in all you do. God bless!

It is indeed wonderful to see the devotion on all of the faces, to see the dedication of young men who “will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15). The Lord has already rewarded you in Heaven, and you are increasingly aware of the earthly rewards. The rest lies in the future - the blessings of service to our Lord and our God. May He accompany you in every moment. Amen!
