I share in your great pain. My husband announced four months ago that he had decided on
a divorce. He would never tell me when, where, how it happened that he arrived at this
conclusion. We have been married many, many years. I am praying and searching for
answers and allowing me to do God’s will. You will have to do the same, hon. Also, talk
to the clergy in your parish. They have training that will be invaluable to you. I know this
is a difficult time because Christmas presents some pressures to be happy and uplifted.
However, we deal with God’s cross whenever he sends it. My heart goes out to you in
