My marriage is invalid, are we living in sin?

Ok everyone thank you for your answers. I’ve been praying a lot on it, and feeling a little overwhelmed as I don’t like feeling like I’m living in a state of sin, in fact it terrifies me. I’m going to call a priest today at the church where i grew up going to (but have not attended in several years) and discuss the steps we need to take. My husband is on board too, and willing to do what I need to put my mind at ease. Say a prayer for us today! God bless you all,
