Not only is the Pope right, he is intelligent beyond telling. Those who promote the “culture of death” know that he is right too, that is why it was such a big issue – just trying to discredit him. (As if !!)
There was a time when we didn’t have all this porn, contraception, sexual diseases, we didn’t hear of HIV/AIDS infections and we certainly didn’t have massive amounts of abortions. So don’t any of you try to tell us how good all this is at “protecting” people from all these diseases and infections. It sure doesn’t prevent pregancy either does it?!
Can’t you see that those who are involved in the culture of death want to make more money off of you? Why can’t some of you understand that only abstinence and faithfulness within the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony, where a man and a woman are faithful to one another for life, is the only way that this is ever going to get better?
Honestly, it is as if most of the entire world is in total darkness and just can’t see the light.
…Maybe that is EXACTLY the problem!!
John 1:5 the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
In the footnotes for this verse it says this: overcome:“comprehend” is another possible translation.
So in other words, this verse could be saying:
…the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend. (didn’t understand)
The good Lord still stands at the door of your hearts and knocks, why not let HIM in and listen to those who know the TRUTH???
(In other words, listen to those who comprehend (understand HIM and hand on His teachings.)
