Yes, I agree, with the flesh and blood part. .*For my flesh is real food *and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. John 6:55-57
I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes[a] so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. John 15:1-4
Look at these passages from the Book of John. These are truly awesome passages, but it’s pretty clear that Jesus is speaking in literal terms.

Vines, doors, etc. are common metaphors. This is my body, EAT, this is not a common metaphor. He repeated at least 6 times that is FLESH is true food. That’s pretty graphic. It’s understandable that the Jews murmured among themselves, this is hard to understand. They left. Jesus did not run after them and say “WAIT, it was only a parable!” No.
This is the way these verses have been understood since the beginnings of Christianity. For you to say otherwise is just personal interpretation.
