I have a detailed knowledge of the standard model, and I can assure you that according to current theory we are spacetime. Any point in spacetime is potentially any particle at large. We are an aggregate of particles.

I can’t see why.

I am obviously really distinct from spacetime; in that I am not a nessecary component.

We clearly experience space and time as aspects of our world; it is very simple to compartmentalise space and time into different categories and visualise what the world would be like without elements of them; for example if spacial dimensions were reduced to two or one, or if time ceased. Such thing’s are very simple to visualise.

I could imagine what would happen if time stopped; I can see that motion is the primary vehicle of time per se; and by stopping motion in essence time stops. Although nessecarily time itself is not altered by an increase or decrease in motion; using the vehicle of motion to visualise a cessation of time is a simple and practical way.

I would ask if you feel that we are spacetime, why this is? And also, do you hold that motion is causally linked with time (not just accidentally linked) ?

Yes motion is causally linked with time. No one in acquaintance with the facts established by Einstein could be in any doubt of that.
