Typical late breakfast…
Greek yogurt, an apple, a bran muffin, and spiced tomato juice.
 
Some warmed-up marbled rye bread. 😊

I’m drinking cold bottled spring water. 🙂
 
I made a meatball casserole for our dinner.

I heated up some meatballs with peas and carrots and mushroom pieces and then mixed them up in some brown gravy and heated it up in the oven until heated through.

I served it over cooked egg noodles.

We had some sugar-free orange Jello for dessert. 🙂

A nice salad, chicken parmesan, spaghetti with mushroom marinara, garlic bread, and a good IPA…fresh coconut shortbread for dessert…
 
Pork chop with country gravy and mashed potatoes. Drinking Propel water.

Just finished a cup of Friendly’s Mocha chocolate chunk or something. I forget the name, but it was good! 😊
