A nice salad, stuffed zucchini [think stuffed peppers on steroids…] and mashed potatoes with tomato gravy, fresh tomatoes, a fresh rye roll, and a good Canadian brew…fresh shortbread and pineapple sherbet for dessert.

Bacon and egg white on toast with a glass of chocolate milk.

Overnight oats and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Still drinking the coffee.

I think I have the only dog in the world that won’t eat braunschweiger, but she loves the colby and Triscuits…
