A nice salad, tuna-noodle casserole, a fresh rye roll, and a good IPA…snickerdoodles for dessert.
 
Air popped popcorn w butter flavor and ranch popcorn seasoning. Making it a meal since we have a line of storms coming through today and tonight so can’t cook anything.
 
For dinner tonight we had leftover oven-roasted beef pot roast with mushrooms, leftover mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf with veggies.

I had a Russell Stover’s small solid chocolate Easter Bunny for my dessert.

I have been drinking cold bottled spring water.
 
Went to a new Mexican restaurant, owned by a family we’ve known for many years…having their own restaurant has been a goal for quite a while…

Chips and a very good salsa, pollo chipotle, rice, and refried beans…water to drink [no Sunday license…]
The pollo chipotle was their own creation, unlike any I’d had before…one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had…the salsa was so good that I didn’t have to add pico de gallo.

This sounds like a really delicious meal! 🙂

I love a really good home-made salsa.

There’s nothing so good, with nicely warmed chips too at a really good restaurant. 🙂
 
Fish and chips. Mama had a burger and water.

Soup, yuca, carrot salad and a taste of chocolate quinoa cookies. Propel water to drink. That was broken up into 2 meals not a whole meal.
