Chips and a very good salsa, pollo chipotle, rice, and refried beans…water to drink [no Sunday license…]
The pollo chipotle was their own creation, unlike any I’d had before…one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had…the salsa was so good that I didn’t have to add pico de gallo.
It was. I still have some of the soup and salad. I’ll have it tomorrow since we’re to have bad weather.That sounds delicious!
