We had baked macaroni and cheese for dinner.

I just had some Italian butter cookies and some bottled spring water.

Iced coffee and a bagel. I regret the bagel, I used up too many calories on carbs.

Chewing on cacao nibs,they were a bit bitter the first day but now very nice
Either my tastebuds are changing,or the chocolate is being made with too much sugar these days…too sweet! I’m not really that keen on dark chocolate but nibs are a nice change.Along with a warm malt drink

Our lunch: Fried catfish, cucumber and onions, baked squash, turnip Grenada, grilled cheese Sammie’s, fries, pickle spear and Dreamsicle to drink. (Mama had her MiO flavored water.)
