A nice salad, rotini and mushroom marinara en casserole, Italian sausage, garlic bread, and a good dry-hopped pale ale…still-warm-from-the-oven peach pie for dessert.

The last thing I had was water. We had a funeral today so couldn’t eat before that.
Since our dear friend was buried on my birthday, I am celebrating her life and my birthday with foods from our fav restaurant. Not sure what the whole meal will be. But part of it will be potato soup and rolls, two of the few things she was able to eat. It seems strange not getting “Happy Birthday” texts, GIFs, a birthday song (YouTube) and several Bible verses from her.
