Breakfast sausage, French toast recipe (unconventional from a Cape Cod B&B),and coffee. “Christmas” today because I’m working tomorrow.

Waiting for a 10 pound pan of scallop potatoes/ham to finish baking off…had extra slices of potatoes and cream sauce to make a lunch for myself.

Ate the last pack of “Chocolately Bliss” pastry crisps I got from ALDI. Apple spice tea.

Planning on Salisbury steak for my Christmas eve dinner.
 
Half of an “everything” bagel, toasted, with butter, and a coffee with milk and sugar. Two lumps please! :coffee:
 
We had cheese and crackers for our Christmas eve dinner. Along with a little sausage, deli beef, and some shrimp. Our Shadow Cat loves the shrimp and definitely had her share of the celebrations.
My husband drank mead and I had white wine. 😋

Breaded and fried haddock. Shrimp in a garlic-lemon-butter sauce. Spaghetti with red clam sauce.
Only 3 fish for us this year, not the usual 7. 😉

Greek yogurt, Triscuits and cheddar cheese, and spiced tomato juice.

Bacon, egg and cheese on a bisque and coffee. In the process of making buffalo wings while the medic makes spring rolls (diverse crew here). Merry Christmas!
