ham and cheese on an apple cinnamon roll (no other bread in the house)
mountain dew

my diet went to heck…

Tuna-noodle casserole, roasted Brussels sprouts, a fresh wheat roll, and a good IPA…kolachy for dessert.

Gingerbread tea and maple spice oatmeal.

I won the tea at a Star Wars tea party, so it was labelled “Qui-Gon Gingerbread”.

Lunch was ham, colby jack and pepper rings on whole-wheat sandwich slims, with Tostitos chips and salsa. Iced tea to drink.

Velveeta Mac & Cheese with cut up Nathan’s Beef Franks mixed in along with a Shasta coke.

I recently tried Nathan’s Beef Franks wrapped in a bagel, usually, I don’t like that kind of thing but these were delicious and nuked well.

Swedish meatballs and noodles
iced green tea

Went to Terra Cafe, my favorite Sunday brunch spot, after Mass. They always have a specialty Eggs Benedict, this week it was with andouille sausage & shrimp jambalaya. I went for that with a side of fruit, and unsweet iced tea to drink.

[You gotta try Eggs Derelict…rye toast, topped with an over-easy egg, pepper-jack cheese, grilled garlic bologna, and chile con queso…that’ll wake you up…]

I’ll preface this by asking you to check out yankeepeddlerfestival…at said festival there is a special sausage made by the Marshallville Packing Co…coarse-ground, spicy, smoked, extra-juicy sausage…some of the best you’ve ever tasted…years ago, this was only available around festival time, but it became so popular that it’s made year-round now…

Roasted Yankee Peddler sausage, roasted turnips, baked beans, a couple fresh wheat rolls, and a good IPA…assorted Christmas cookies for dessert…

A few slices of organic ham, and a salad of organic lettuce and Thousand Island dressing. Bottled water to wash it down with.
