The ones that Milt is showing were called wagon wheels, same size but the biscuit was a sweet one similar to digestives.
@sarcelle is spot on, as below, these are called Tunnocks (Scottish company ) milk chocolate mallow. The marshmallow is very soft and very sticky and very nice.
