Have you ever seen a pack of beagles at play? It is a fun thing to watch.
I had a piece of stone ground whole wheat toast, and a fig bar with black coffee.
 
Ham and cheese wrap, and an apple. Unsweetened iced tea.

I usually try to go meatless on Friday, per the Church’s traditional penance. But I forgot to bag a lunch and the cafeteria didn’t have any fish/meatless options today. So I will be going without desserts/sweets the rest of today, as my alternate penance.

Sunshine decided to grab Mama’s hamburger. She was not happy. He, on the other hand, wagged his wee tail and licked his chops happily.

Today was a Wendy’s lunch because Mama wanted a Dave’s Single. So burgers, fries, chili, root beer, tea and Sprite. Then a hop over to Red Robin because I wanted a Mississippi Mudd Pie. Also got a zucchini and cheese sticks sampler and some French Onion Soup. (Allergies are kicking up big time today.)

And no, not all eaten in one sitting. There’s enough for two meals.

Another old-school dinner…a nice salad, a fresh wheat roll, and…SLUMGULLION!!!..it was so good, we finished it, and didn’t have room for dessert…
 
Healthy fish and chips, broccoli

Instead of fried fish, had grilled salmon instead and kept the chips

Cadbury fruit and nut chocolate 🍫

Hey, I was pretty out of it too. It was a good day. But all I did was sneeze and cough. The ragweed was extremely high. So I didn’t get to do everything I wanted. But I did enjoy my yummies.

I normally am not bothered with hay fever, but this year is an exception. Something out there is making me sneeze, wheeze, and my eyes water. I think it is Canadian Thistle myself, but who knows. Pass the Kleenex please.

I am having coffee, and a piece of stone ground whole wheat toast with a bit of Sun Butter (it is like peanut butter but made with Sunflower seeds)
 
So it wasn’t just me.

I had really bad allergy symptoms the past week and my allergy medication was overwhelmed.

Decided to go Dairy Queen instead of the local pub which is pricier.

Quarter pound cheeseburger, fries and a zero calorie Orange Fanta in honor of my favorite Pope, Pope Emeritus Benedict the XVI. Orange Fanta reminds me of Pope Emeritus Benedict the XVI because that’s his favorite drink.
