FWIW I just heard a news report stating that over 500 images of minors were on his computer and they were “mostly of young boys although not boys within the scouting program…”

There was a side comment that there was no evidence that he had TAKEN the photos.

FORT WORTH, Texas (CNN) – A former top official of the Boy Scouts of America pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of receiving and distributing child pornography, including pictures of boys younger than 12.

“The child pornography depicted males under the age of 18 engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” the agreement said. “Among these pornographic images were sexually explicit depictions of actual and known prepubescent males under the age of 12 years.”

As fix so eloquently stated, “SURPRISE SURPRISE.” We’re all just shocked…who’da thunk it?

I feel so bad for his family. He lived her for a number of years and still has some friends and contacts in the area, all of whom are being run to ground to make a comment. What could anyone say?
