Here’s an attempt: Potiri celonem est facilius quam compellere asinum .
celo (3rd, masc.) - stallion asinus (2nd, masc.) - jackass facilius quam - easier than potiri (4th, infinitive) - to reign over compellere (3rd, infinitive) - to compel, drive
I’m not sure whether to use facilior (masc.) or facilius (neut.) for “easier”, because while the nouns in the sentence are masculine, the adjective “easier” is not describing the nouns, it’s describing the actions. It’s probably proper to use the neuter, facilius.
