opcorn:Sorry to hear about your troubles. First of all, they should have called Both parents in and spoken to the two of you and told you what happend, and why they were suspending your daughter for a day. The explaination your daughter gave to you about why it was in the backpack or where ever may verywell be the truth.
As far as the comment she supposdedly made to another student about wanting to maybe harm someone, that too should have been looked into. It’s one child’s word against another.Maybe the child who said your daughter made the remark has something against her or maybe not.The principal could have told you that they were thinking that maybe she should see a child pyschatrist. Alot of people make comments like they’d like to wring someone’s neck, but that doesn’t mean they are actually going to kill someone.
But they were suggesting this because they have to be careful because of all that is happening with kids and violence in schools.
Your pastor should never have taken your sons off altar duty. The boys have nothing to do with what happend with their sister. Also,he should be willing to meet and discuss this with you,not brush you off. You do have a right to know what’s going on.
Maybe through a church mediator the vicar, you and the priest can meet in his prescence and discuss this. If your pastor still refuses, then maybe go to the news.
Wish I had better advice for you.
