I joined my Churches (St. George) prayer line during lent. Since I’ve gotten so much from Catholic Answers I would like to give back.
 
If you have never read about Elisabeth Leseur, the following link is a good read and it really shows the power of prayer, even if we don’t see it our lifetime.

I’m happy to be praying with you all.
I’d like to share a beautiful thing that is happening with an elderly woman I bring Communion to each week. She lost much of her memory from a massive stroke, but when I read the Sunday Gospels to her, her interest, profound awe, and amazement blows me away. For her, it’s like hearing the words for the very first time. She often exclaims, “That’s wonderful!” and sometimes bursts into tears at the comforting reassurances of Jesus.
The visits refresh and deepen my own understanding of the Word of God. Such a blessing!

Hi Klara,
I would like to join, but I have a quick question - when you say we need to post once a week, does that mean post a prayer request for my own personal intention? Or, post/reply to someone’s prayer request? I am assuming posting to someone’s prayer request. But, do we need to post our own prayer intention once a week also? Sorry if that’s a stupid question, but I just want to make sure. Thank you!
 
I’m stomped. I do not have “Home” at the top of any of my pages. Let alone find any “groups”. Help!
