NEEDED: Prayer Warriors!

I have gone through all the entries, but cannot answer each one seperately. My intention is, to take all of you into my morning quiet time with the Lord.

Do you mean that you can not specify more than one group to join?

This is expected. Join just the one group. Then you’ll be taken back to the page where you can join another single group (… and so on for more groups).

If this isn’t what you mean, what entries are you referring to?

Think they are referring to the individual prayer intentions. There’s a lot of them. I can’t imagine anyone answering all of them either.

I would like to join the prayer warriers, but I can’t seem to figure it out… Can someone guide me?

I have been looking for an avenue to pray for others for years. It’s amazing how the Lord works. I finally found catholic.com’s prayer intentions forum. I just love praying for people, I believe that’s my calling.

I just joined the group.

I am so excited!

I’ve submitted my request to be a prayer warrior, I haven’t received a confirmation. I hope I did it correctly.

It takes time. Don’t worry. If nothing has happened in about say another week or so, You can PM the prayer captain. But I would give it another week.

I remember thinking it took awhile, but then one day when I did not expect it, there was the blue lettering beside my name.

May the Peace of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, the Love of God and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. I pray for Holy Mother Church, all the Magesterium and clergy. A special prayer also for the laity and converts to the faith. May we all grow in faith, hope and love as we journey together toward our final end in Heaven. May we all realize how dependent God wants us to be on each other, and ultimately on Him. Through the grace Jesus offers us through His Body and Blood at each and every Mass, may we all draw more closely to Him whose loving sacrifice can help us to make sacrifices of our lives to draw us to His Cross.

You will need to follow the instructions below, passed along by other users. When you are done, you may need to wait a few days before you will see “Prayer Warriors” under your user name. In the mean time you can still post in the prayer intentions thread.

Our friend’s son (I think he is 8) got a cut on Saturday and they had to fly him out to the trauma center. The doctor said he already has gangrene throughout his body. I don’t know the specifics (this is through Facebook) but please keep him in your prayers.

UPDATE:

The boy is out of the hospital and doing better. Personally I think it was a staff infection. Gangrene is more serious and he wouldn’t be out of the hospital so soon. That’s what happens when you get *some *information (through Facebook no less).

couldn’t figure how to do this before but i managed it this time thanks for the precise instructions. looking forward to being a prayer warrior now:D
