New bishop for Diocese of Owensboro

This is from the website of the Diocese of Owensboro, Kentucky (where I used to live):
His Holiness Benedict XVI has appointed William Francis Medley as the fourth Bishop of the Diocese of Owensboro. Bishop-elect Medley succeeds Bishop John J. McRaith, who resigned in January of 2009.

Is anyone familiar with Rev. Medley? He is from the Diocese of Louisville.
 
Bishop Medley is an outstanding pick. He was the pastor of my Mothers church for the past few years. Owensboro is very lucky to have him leading the diocese.
