I will be praying for Milagros too. I was also born on November 18 (but in 1941, when premature babies rarely survived). I was not breathing, no heartbeat. My Grandma, who was also a midwife rushed into the Hospital Delivery room, grabbed me, got a Nurse to help clean me up, and remove junk from my throat and nose, dipped me in a sink full of cold water. I then began to breathe & cry. Grandma took me home, cared for me with the methods she’d learned in the 1890’s, fed me with an eyedropper, and I survived and thrived after 3 months of constant care 24 hours a day! God can work some real miracles! This child may be special to God for something in the future. Glad she is being cared for by the Sisters from the Order of Therese of the Child Jesus. St. Therese also was very weak after birth, and nearly died. Prayers to her may very well bring this precious, special baby through, and the child may have a life planned by the Lord!

Praying for her!:angel1:

Why can’t the child be intrinsically special to God, why must it be special for some thing that it may do in the future?

If this is indeed a miracle by God, I hope he didn’t forget to restore the baby’s brain so it can function optimally. Or perhaps he’s raising another victim soul for his glory.

I consider all children, whether handicapped mentally or not, to be special to God! It just occurred to me, that such an unusual occurrence of her being found alive 10 hours after being taken to the Morgue, might indicate that she will possibly be a very special person to God, with something very special in her future, should He choose to not only save her life, but in such an unusual start in her life!
