The best policy is to hope AGW is untrue or will not be so harmful, but to act with all our heart, mind, and ability to mitigate it, just in case the scientists happen to be right, or might even be underestimating the problem.
It’s too bad that we have to go on killing and killing thru abortion, genocide of Native Americans, wars, global warming harms, etc.
Please give life a chance. Do sensible things that save money without lowering living standards thru energy/resource efficiency/conservation and going on alt energy when feasible and affordable. My husband and I have been mitigating AGW (and other pollution) for 20 years and have reduced our GHGs by 60%+ cost-effectively.
Follow “the Little Way of Environmental Healing,” by doing many small (and some large) deeds out of love for God, neighbor, and God’s good creation. Nothing is too small, even carrying a hanky to wipe hands in public restrooms, because as Mother Teresa tells us our love makes it infinite.
If you seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness, all things will be added unto you. I know that sounds good on paper, but even I didn’t really believe it until I started mitigating AGW and received so many many blessings. Fear not, God is with us always.
