The new bishop of the Churchill diocese in New Zealand has opposed the visit of dissident nun, Sr. Joan Chittister.

What are your thoughts?
I’m wondering why this kind of thing hasn’t happened in other dioceses where certain individuals, such as Sr. Chittister are known to promote things which counter Church teaching (in her case, women priests and contraception).
