Of course it’s true! When did I say they won’t answer for their sins? Have you not read my many posts condemning the sinful perversion, obscene greed, and insensitive ungodliness of the secular world around us? I don’t think these people are above God’s law. You’re putting words in my mouth, Lapell. I am simply saying that the secular rulers are “of the world” as Christ tells us. They’re living by secular rules, not by God’s rules. Should they? Well heck yeah! Do they? Of course not, many of them. Democrats and Republicans are blow-hards. Some are socialists, some could care less about any but the rich and have a “you’re on your own dude” approach. They have scandal after scandal and live a life according to secular, sex maniac, winner-take-all philosophy. You’re expecting them to live a biblical, Catholic life. There’s an Aerosmith song called “Dream On…” I concur with Steven Tyler on that one!
??? I beg your pardon? The Jews would tell you that the non-Jews are all bound by the Covenant that God did with Noah. That INCLUDES the secular world rather than it would exclude it. That the secular would not feel bound is rather a symptom that they don’t want anything to do with the One True God. It’s their choice and they will have to answer for it some day, whether they like it or not. Isn’t this true?
