She is alive and well…she has always been alive and well. God has always had a People who followed Him and listened to His voice.
what did thought after the apostles were gone. do you know?
Yes, the Assembly of God’s people, the Meeting, the Ecclesia, the Gathering of those who have put their faith in Him is alive and well. The “blood bought” Ones who walk in newness of life in Regeneration through the Holy Spirit, those whom take upon them the nature of Christ through New Life in him are His Body in this world, His Hands, His Feet, His Voice speaking comfort and love, telling them “what love the Father has bestowed upon us” in Christ Jesus…
were these people all gather together in one church or many differents churches on their own?
Nothing…the redeemed have walked among us sharing His love and comfort.
yes He did.
The only authority the apostles had came from Christ to share the Good News of the Incarnation. To share the news of the New Covenant prefigured among the Jewish people to the world, from the Jewish people the whole world would be blessed. To share the News that the Priesthood of Christ now made a way for each of us to have direct access to God with no need of ritual, ordinance, sacrament or rite. That in Christ we are beloved children of the Father…He has opened the Way so no man need stand in our path to restrict us or play intermediary for us…we each may approach God in confidence because of what Christ has done for us.
direct access to God. i see. so why do you think Jesus summoned 13 Apostled to continue His work here on earth, if He did not need any man to stand in our path to God?
They gathered in communities as God’s covenant People and shared His love and message of redemption as it was lived out in community among themselves. Some continued to practice Jewish ritual and dietary restrictions. Others were liberated from such rituals as they recognized that the work of Christ had caused all ritual requirements and ordinances to cease any salvic merit.

By the end of the second century a group of leaders joined in a federation of churches under a chosen leadership claiming “authority” from the Apostles around Rome as it was the center of the Empire. However other groups who did not follow the leadership claimed by those in Rome continued to teach and preach the Good News. In Egypt, Alexandria was a center, in time they gathered into a body which became the Coptic church. In Ethiopia a similar occurance. As the federation of churches whith Rome as it’s center began decreeing who and who was not “catholic”. In time all other assemblies who held some differing beliefs died out. We know the Ebionites continued in the Middle East until the fourth century. Some speculated on the nature of God and Christ and were labled “Gnostic”. In time the "proto-catholic/orthodox labeled all who discented from their authority “heretic”.
Federation of churches? so your church derived from a heretic groups?
Very much so, to day with all it’s various sects and teachings mirror very much what occured in those frist centuries. Each group vying for “authority” over others…“I am of Paul, I am of Cephas, I am of Apollos”…is nothing new…nor has this striving ceased. We are all “in Christ” and in Him we find wholeness.**
sects? is at what the apostles left us? sects of many churches?
