I had a discussion with a friend the other day and he mentioned that not every sin is confessable. Something that you wouldn’t mention in confession, such as breaking the Eucharistic fast before mass, is not a “big enough” sin to take to confession. I think if its something you recognize as wrong and can remember it, it needs to be confessed.
Is this right? Am I too scrupulous when it comes to confession?
