I’m with you on this. It would also provide an income source for kids. When I was a kid you would get 2 cents for a coke bottle and 5 cents for a milk bottle at grocery stores. So we used to go around and collect them from people who just wanted rid of them. Some you had to wash, of course, if they had been stored in a basement or garage for some time.
