** The question seems to be in what respect are they Catholic. Since they hire non-Catholics and serve non-Catholics, it appears that they have a problem in proving that they are Catholic. The same problem some "Catholic " universities have encountered. [Sorry for the bold. Let’s hope that an appeal will overturn this misguided ruling.As Catholic Charities considers an appeal, it will continue to cover contraceptives for employees, under protest.
