CATHOLIC GROUPS SUFFER TOUGH RELIGIOUS LIBERTIES LOSS, MUST PROVIDE CONTRACEPTION**
The court cited as a critical factor the fact that these religions organizations hire employees outside their faith and that those employees deserve “rights” guaranteed under the law.
** The question seems to be in what respect are they Catholic. Since they hire non-Catholics and serve non-Catholics, it appears that they have a problem in proving that they are Catholic. The same problem some "Catholic " universities have encountered. [Sorry for the bold. I can’t get the tools to work.]**

:ehh: Does the law allow them to hire only Catholics? If so, then that should be the way to go. Should they only serve Catholics? Certainly not.

Making the catholic church pay for contraception for its employees. Shame! Just another way to chip away at the church hoping to destroy it.😦

I guess they should go back to only hiring Catholics…that would solve their problems it would seem:D

As Catholic Charities considers an appeal, it will continue to cover contraceptives for employees, under protest. If the decision stands, the organization could consider either dropping prescription drug coverage for employees or moving to a self-insurance policy, Poust said.
Let’s hope that an appeal will overturn this misguided ruling.

Okay, so one law says thay cannot hire only Catholics or those who share the Catholic Church’s moral teachings. That would be religious discrimination. They must hire non-Catholics.

Now a judge says, “Hey, because you chose to hire non-Catholics, we will force you to violate your religious principals.”

Seems like a pretty good plan put together by anti-Catholics to me.

The legislature justified this under the guise of equal health care for women.
