So without police Mrs deBlasio believes that all the citizens of New York City will suddenly acquire self discipline and selflessness in generosity to share what they earned through their own work/effort with others without any thought for themselves … and the other paths to Nirvana …
not sure about you but I do not see NYC on the path to Nirvana if left to their own resources …
Somehow “Self-control” and “New York City” are not two things that I immediately correlate to each other … and definitely not “Discipline” and NYC …
